We need to be able to use attachments in direct messages

4 times this morning i had to ask customers to email me separately a screenshot of a problem they were troubleshooting so we could work it out. It would be super rad and make sense if we could just add attachments in the messages to save having to do this.
Anyone agree?


Yes pleaaaase! It’s quite awkward when you want to email them an attachment or vice versa but then the customer feels like they’re giving you their personal info :poop:

Any news on this? I still am asking people every day to email me directly so they can show me a screenshot of their issue!
