The payment could not be made but all the money in my account is gone

I requested a payment about 3 months ago. The payment could not be made because I wrote the wrong IBAN, but all the money in my CM account is gone. CM says the bank has to cancel the payment, but when I ask the bank, they say we haven’t received any payment. For the last 1 month, my e-mails have not been answered except for automatic replies.
