Does any one else have issues with the support desk not responding?
I contacted support 11 days ago, they replied 9 days ago saying they would look into it and I’ve not heard anything since.
This is a repeat problem with communication. Twice in the past, they have either said they would look into it but didn’t get back to me or not replied at all but marked the conversation as solved. Given the history, I’m concerned I will not receive an answer. Can you help? @drew.coffman
