Payment Status showing "deferred"

Hello,

I logged in today to set up my end-of-February payout and found that my balance hasn’t reset and my end-of-January payout is listed as “deferred.” I’ve not done anything to defer it and I’ve never seen this status before. Is there something wrong with the system? Is there a way for me to still receive that January-end payout as I had scheduled?
